Welcome

We meet on the first Wednesday and third Wednesday of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Caffè Nero at the junction of Cedars Road, Queenstown Road, Wandsworth Road and Lavender Hill.  To attend the meeting, you must purchase something from Caffè Nero, as they have generously allowed us to use the premises for free.


We welcome writers from all walks of life as everyone has a point of view, and the more varied these opinions, the richer the experience.  We have many members: poets, novelists, playwrights, scriptwriters, historians, philosophers. It is a rich mix and makes a lively evening. 

Please do join us. Even if you are just starting out and are just interested in writing, but don't have anything to read, come along and experience the evening. As sometimes the best motivation to writing is to hear how others got there before you.
